Partial internal API downtime

We have experienced a partial downtime in the internal API service that also impacted the web console dashboard login, sign up, and device creation/management. Public API was not impacted by this issue.

Our team detected the issue and fixed it in ~30 minutes. As this was a temporal issue in the API contract surface, there was no impact on any data loss. Messages delivery was not affected by this issue.

All systems remain fully operative by now.
